Therapies for total well being
I believe that for optimum health it is important to treat the whole person, mind, body, and spirit. I am a counsellor, holistic therapist and Reiki master and offer a range of treatments to suit each unique individual.

With the stresses of living in our modern society you can often feel 'run down' or 'out of sorts', or suffer more serious consequences. Sometimes after experiencing a loss or trauma, or a significant change, it can be difficult for you to carry on and you may find your emotions getting the better of you.
Emotions affect your physical health too, and may cause you symptoms such as headaches, muscle tension, nausea, stomach problems. If you ignore these subtle signs then more serious health issues can develop. Long term stress can affect your immune system and you are then more likely to pick up colds and infections.
It is important to look after both your physical and emotional health and thats exactly what i aim to help you do. During an initial consultation (arranged at your convenience) we will discuss your concerns and look at treatment options. I will always give you choices about how you may want to proceed, and you will have the opportunity to try techniques you may be unfamiliar with to see how they benefit you. You may choose to have just one therapy that you feel will work for you, alternatively I can tailor make a special package of treatments for you, which will give optimum results.
Therapies I provide include:
Counselling, Life Coaching, Dream Analysis, Past Life Therapy, Reiki, Reiki drum healing, Massage, Relaxation techniques, Stress Management, Meditation and visualisation. I may also use crystals, flower essences, and meridian therapy within my treatments.
Animal healing is also available. I use a combination of Reiki healing and Flower essences in my treatments, again working on the whole animal not just the symptoms. I will try to assist any animal domestic or wild and will travel throughout Essex.
I offer workshops for small groups on a variety of subjects and also run meditation evenings and Reiki courses.
Treatments are available at my home or your own and are offered at times to suit you. Reasonable rates.
