Welcome to Key of Life offering training courses in a variety of healing techniques, regular weekly yoga and meditation classes and healing therapies.
Healing Therapy Sessions
Individual healing sessions are available in Weymouth, or by distance healing method.
All the healing therapies offered are able to assist in making quantum shifts in consciousness and are ideally suited to releasing old patterns which are holding us back in our current life situation.

The Healing Energies of Mu
Uniquely available through me, and for the first time in several milennia, the Healing Energies of Mu (pronounced Mew) have been brought through in my conscious channelling. The symbols have bene downloaded in this lifetime and carried within since our time in the Garden of Eden (Mu). They are charged with powerful healing energy for transformation and rebirth of our whole selves.
Reiki
High vibration symbols from the Annubis, Karuna, Tibetan and Usui frequencies of Reiki are channelled throught he palms of the therapist into the client’s physical and energy body (aura). Deep-seated patterns which may be causing dis-ease on the physical, mental or emotional level can be released and transmuted.
Reiki courses are also available so you may learn how to channel this healing energy for self and others.
Crystal Therapy
Combining beautifully with the Healing Energies of Mu and Reiki, the healing crystals are placed on and around the client’s body. The stable energetic structure of crystals is capable of drawing away from the client any physical, mental, emotional or spiritual manifestation of imbalance, allowing a return to the true state of well-being.
Etheric Device Removal
Energy constructs, implants and other devices from past lives, held in the client’s energy field (aura) which no longer serve the highest purpose in this lifetime are removed from the aura, allowing the client to be freed from old constraints and outmoded patterns of being.
About Us
Key of Life is hosted by Chinmayi (Sarah Bradshaw), teacher, healer and mother (though not necessarily in that order).
In addition to the regular courses in four different frequencies of Reiki, weekly classes and healing sessions available through Key of Life, I also offer a Reiki Share Group for anyone already attuned to Reiki and a wealth of spiritual information, including free, channelled meditations.
As a healing therapist I work with a unique, high-vibrational healing energy, channelled directly through me, called the Healing Energies of Mu (more information on the therapies page). I am also a qualified Crystal Therapist, Integral Yoga Teacher, Meditation facilitator and FAETC qualified Further Education Lecturer.
The healing and courses on offer are firmly grounded in the belief that radiant health and inner peace are our natural condition and our birthright.
Linking with higher consciousness, the work is dedicated to empowering people to recognize and use their own, innate healing potential.

All courses/classes are based in Weymouth, Dorset. Healings are available either at a distance or in Weymouth.
