Reflexology
Reflexology is an non-invasive therapy performed on the feet using special manipulation with varying degree of pressure.
This provides benefits to the clients that have both physical and emotional problems. In reflexology, feet and hands are like mini maps of the body’s anatomy with the left foot mirroring the left side of the body and the right foot mirroring the right side.
Reiki
Reiki is a natural healing energy activated by intension. It Works on every level, not just the physical it promotes the body’s regenerative self healing ability. The practice of Reiki is an original method of healing, developed by Mikao Usui in Japan in the 20th century.
The Japanese word Reiki means “universal Energy”. Eastern medicine has always recognized and worked with this energy, which flows through all living things and is vital to your well-being. This is known as “Ki” in Japan, “chi” in China and “prana” in India. Acupuncture, Tai Chi and Yoga are also based on the free flow of this energy in a person.
Reiki is a non-invasive therapy its purpose is to treat holistically and to restore homeostasis.
Aromatherapy
Aromatherapy is a holistic treatment involving the use of essential oils extracted from plants to improve physical and emotional well being. It also helps to promote health and vitality by stimulating the body to heal itself and by reducing stress, which is often the cause of many ailments and illnesses.
Aromatherapy massage is a relaxing therapeutic massage using essential oils to suit your own needs. It includes back, shoulder, neck, leg and feet and finishing off with a facial.
Indian Head Massage
Indian Head massage is an ancient Indian technique using fingers and thumb pressure on the neck, head and shoulders to alleviate tension and stress. It is also used to increase concentration and restore vitality to your hair and scalp.

For maximum results weekly treatments are recommended to begin with, how many will depend on the individual, and then only one treatment per month is needed for general maintenance and well being.
The Oriental Face Massage uses techniques that have been drawn from Natural Facelift Rejuvenation Massage, Indian Face Massage, Japanese Face Massage and Tibetan Face Massage.
