For the first session I offer an informative initial consultation.This is the time for me to get to know you and your concerns, to answer further questions and explain how hypnotherapy will help you.

For long term results I like my clients to get an understanding of how their brain actually works, and I may provide some reading material to reinforce this understanding. Depending on your individual needs, there may be a series of CD’s to work through, these will be provided at no extra cost. With the exception of smokers I will need to do an initial consultation session prior to hypnotherapy to assess your needs and explain what I can do for you. This is provided for a cost of just £10.00

About Kings Norton Hypnotherapy.
Kings Norton Hypnotherapy is run by me, Brian Watson, a qualified N.C.H. registered Hypnotherapist, one of the few hypnotherapists in the Midlands to have a qualification in Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy accredited by a University.
I came into Hypnotherapy having had a long standing interest in Psychology going back to my teens. With a 19 year professional background as a Nurse in Mental Health and Learning Disability Services I utilize a knowledge base that encompasses the latest research from the fields of Neuro Science and Psychotherapy. Both of these fit well with Hypnosis as a therapy right across a spectrum of conditions.
I treat a wide range of issues, helping people who want to change to find that healing pathway to lasting change.
Treatment can be for a wide range of conditions including weight loss, depression, anxiety, panic, self confidence, phobias, fear of flying, trauma, excessive guilt, anger management, smoking cessation, obsessive compulsive disorder, pain management, insomnia, eating issues and Irritable bowel syndrome.
I am a member of the National Council of Hypnotherapy and also the Association for Solution Focused Hypnotherapy. My qualifications are the Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy, recognised by the above mentioned professional bodies.
