Welcome
After working in a stressful job, trying to balance life at home and work, I started having a regular massage to relieve the tension in my back and shoulders. I found massage very beneficial and decided to become a therapist myself. I qualified in 2009 after a years training at East Berkshire College, Langley and have recently set up a salon room at home to receive clients. I am based in the Pinkneys Green area of Maidenhead but also offer mobile treatments at your home.
“La bonne sante” translates as “good health”, which to me is the benefit of massage – a calming experience that allows your body to recover from the stresses and strains of daily life whatever your age or profession. My mission as a therapist is to send you away from your treatment feeling relaxed and re-energised.

Pregnancy Massage

Use of massage techniques to relieve tired muscles, soothe problem areas in the back, shoulders, legs to ease away tension and fluid build up. Supported on the couch with pillows for comfort. A lovely treatment!
Deep Cleansing Back Massage

Well Being Body Massage

Hot Stone body massage

Thai Foot Massage

Indian Head Massage

Hand/Foot soak with moisturising mask, massage then nail file and polish. 60 min treatment incorporates a paraffin wax foot/hand treatment and a head and shoulder massage
