Lasersmooth Clinic is managed by Anita Bauerek, a Registered Nurse since 1984.
In recent years she has become an advanced Botox and Dermal filler aesthetic nurse practitioner as well as a medical grade skin peel consultant and laser therapist.
Anita has trained at the Paddocks Hospital in Buckinghamshire and at the Skin Fitness Clinic in Cheshire. She has recently completed an BMLA (British Medical Laser Association) approved advanced laser course at Lynton Lasers in collaboration with Manchester University and is a JMSR aesthetic nurse practitioner.

Colonic Hydrotherapy
Colonic hydrotherapy, otherwise known as colonic irrigation or colon lavage.
It is a safe, effective method of cleansing the colon of toxic waste material by a gentle, repeated flushing with water.
The build up of waste material in the colon can cause the muscular action of the colon to diminish, resulting in constipation and inadequate bowel movements.
Colonic Hydrotherapy is an alternative/complimentary therapy treatment and can help in the relief of constipation, abdominal bloating and irritable bowel syndrome. It can also be used as an aid to weight loss, detoxification and improving the health of the skin, as well as promoting general health and well-being.
Anita is a fully qualified practitioner and a member of the Worldwide Society of Colon Hydrotherapy. She is an experienced nurse, having worked in the areas of acute medicine, midwifery, neonatal intensive care and in General Practice. She is also a qualified clinical teacher. Your privacy and dignity will therefore be respected and maintained at all times. The clinic operates an appointment only system so you will not be asked to wait in a busy reception area/waiting room. Your treatment will be in a private room specially dedicated to Colonic Hydrotherapy/Irrigation. The mess and odour that some people anticipate does not happen since the whole system is enclosed. A new system is used for each client, as well as clean linen, towels or gowns.

Why choose laser hair removal?

How does it work?
The laser emits a beam of light that passes through the skin to the hair follicle, where it is absorbed. The laser energy is transformed into heat which can disable the follicle yet leaving the surrounding skin unchanged.
How many treatments will I need?
This depends on the individual, the skin type, the texture of the hair and the size of the hair follicle. It also depends on the part of the body being treated. The policy of the clinic is that the full price is paid for each treatment up to the sixth, if any further treatments are required, a reduction in the price will be discussed at your free consultation.
Who can have hair removal treatment?
Most people can. As part of your free consultation, the area in question will be looked at to see if you would benefit from the treatment and a test patch performed free of charge in order to see how your skin, and hair, will react.
