My goal is to help others see the magic in their life and to show them that they have everything they need inside of them to make that magic happen. In fact, I’m extremely passionate about it and if you come here often, you can share in my excitement of new experiences and discoveries.

I’m also the proud founder of Super Kids - workshops for kids that promote self-discovery, well-being, confidence and happiness. Inspired by my terrible teens, I don’t ever want kids to feel alone or sad about who they are. There’s no need for that.
Working With Lisa
One-to-One Kids Coaching (7- 15 years)
A series of tailor-made coaching modules for children aged 7-15 years old to help make growing up a little bit easier! I travel to your house so you don’t have to worry about fighting your way through the traffic. Some of the subjects tackled include perfectionsim, decision making, friendship conflicts, bullying, romance, sibling rivalry, confidence, getting to know yourself and what you are good at, worries, anxiety, meeting new people. Workshops
Super Kids Workshop
A unique series of fun & creative workshops that allow kids to explore and discover who they are understand the world around them. Superkids aim is to create an all important safe and comfortable place for kids to come and be themselves. The Super Kids way is to make growing up a little bit easier using role play, music interpretation, creative writing, crafts, exercises, games, tried-and-tested coaching techniques and group discussion.
One-to-One Adult Coaching
For me, life is precious. I really do want to make the most of it. I want that for others too. I want you to live the life you have chosen for yourself, not one that somebody else thinks you should be living. Not a life that is full of drama; people and situations that stress you out. It’s never too late to create a life that is perfect for you – the one you deserve! Your life is precious too; so stand up and be counted as one of life’s great people who will seize the moment, live fully and never regret a single minute!’
Bare Faced Beauty
I’ve teamed up with lifestyle photographer Eddie Judd. A master of emotive pictures, Eddie is fuelled by creativity and guided by degree-level photographic training. She uses her passion for photography to make treasured memories that will bring a smile to your face every time you see them. She believes that capturing a precious moment on camera means it will last for lifetimes and just the way you remember it. You can read more about Eddie’s teenage photography shoots on her website.

Hiring a Life Coach doesn’t mean you are selfish for spending time on you. Quite the opposite. It allows you to see that by doing the work on yourself and being the best you can be, you have a positive impact on others.
