QUALIFICATION DETAILS
I have a first class BA degree in Philosophy and an Advanced Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling with further training in CBT (Cognitive Behaviour Therapy). I am an AAMET Accredited Certified EFT Practitioner and also have diplomas in Hypnotherapy and Nutrition. I am a long-time student of A Course in Miracles and meditation/mindfulness.
