My name is Lorien and I have been a bodywork therapist since 2007. I have practiced yoga and meditation since I was 14 and in 2007 I felt that my current life cycle of work/shop/party seemed empty, so I decided to pursue something that would help people. I began with nutrition followed by a plethora of massage, reiki and coaching practices that I bring together to help people be at their best. Best of all, it's in the comfort of your own home!
It is a well-known fact that mindfulness, meditation, being present and listening to your body are at the fore front to good health in mind, body and spirit. But many people struggle to find that inner peace. Worries of family, work and other personal issues can gradually build up and cause dis-ease. These first manifest themselves through aches and pains. Massage is the best way to connect yourself to your own personal inner balance. Also, the more you do it the more your body and mind gets used to being in that state and you can float through life as free as bird!

Introductory session and consultation. 2hrs. £200 down to £150.
Weekly 90min treatments for 10weeks £150x10=£1500 down to £1000 (£500off)
Bi-weekly 90min treatments for 10 weeks (recommended) £150x20=£3000 down to £2000 (£1000off)

Description: The feet are the foundations of our body and our main of point of contact between our outer and inner worlds. Like a building, if the foundations are out by mms the rest of the building is out by so much more.
