The treatment stimulates the bodies systems in order to help it find its natural balance. Reflexology can help numerous conditions; stress, tension, digestive disorders, pain control and can also help slow down the process of degenerative disorders.
REMEDIAL/SPORTS INJURY MASSAGE - £35
Is a specialist treatment targeting the specific part of the body that is injured. Deep massage techniques are used to break down adhesions and realign damaged muscle fibres and scar tissue, which causes pain and restricts movement. Thus bringing relief to fatigued, sprained, strained or injured soft tissue.

Bach flower remedies were created to help manage negative moods and emotional states. Bach flower remedies is a system of 38 safe natural flower and plant remedies discovered by Dr Edward Bach in the 1930’s. They work effectively on; acute emergency situations, passing emotional moods, deep seated emotions and personality traits. There are 7 major emotional groups under which 38 negative states of mind are categorised; fear, loneliness, insufficient interest in present circumstances, despondency or despair, uncertainty, over sensitivity to influences and ideas, over care for the welfare of others. The remedy or combination of remedies once selected are mixed in a treatment bottle with mineral water and taken orally. The remedies gave no side effects and can be taken without interference to any medication.

This massage is practiced while clothed and without oils, it focuses on the upper body, the back, shoulders, neck, arms, upper chest, arms, neck, head and face, where a lot of our emotion and tension is stored. It can offer pain relief to the upper body caused by tension, i.e. headaches, migraine, it can also improve mobility, and improve symptoms caused by stress such as anxiety and impaired sleep patterns.
