I carry out one to one nutritional consultations dealing with a host of health issues including Fertility improvement, weight loss, improving energy levels, eating to prevent illness, smoking cessation and children's health and well being.
during our consultation i will conduct skin, hair and nail diagnosis, and carry out a questionnaire to help us get to the root of your concerning issues, i recommend health through a variety of avenues including, food and drink, exercise, meditation and high quality food supplements, liquids and powders.
I perform Swedish Massage using the highest quality aromatherapy oils, my aim is to leave you feeling relaxed and tension free by the end of your treatment. With 18 years of experience in the health and beauty industry I have an impressive bank of knowledge to share that will make you look and feel your optimum, I use hot stones for those who prefer a deeper, more intense treatment. Hair removal is of course popular, I carry out all types of waxing on males and females, I am swift and professional and hope to make your waxing experience at Bespoke a semi pain free experience
I also perform colonic hydrotherapy which is becoming an increasingly popular method of not only detoxifying your body systems but can help with a wide range of everyday complaints ranging from acne, IBS and constipation.
