I hold clinics in the Ringwood, Southbourne and Christchurch area which are within easy reach of Bournemouth, Salisbury, Southampton and the New Forest.
I have always been interested in complimentary therapies and I come to Homeopathy from a background in nursing. I was a registered general nurse who worked for 40 years on busy surgical wards within a hospital environment. I graduated from Salisbury Homeopathic College in 2003 and I am a classically trained homeopath registered with the Alliance of Registered Homeopaths (ARH) My nursing/medical experience compliments and enhances my skills as a homeopath enabling me to have a greater understanding of my patients and their needs. It is a pleasure to accompany my patients, of all ages, on their journey to wellbeing.
I have been a reiki master and practitioner for over 20 years. Both therapies are given independently, but also compliment each other when used in conjunction.

Homeopathy is an holistic approach to healing and treats the whole person as an individual rather than the disease.
Over 200 years ago a German Doctor and chemist Samuel Hahnemann developed a system of medicine that today we call homeopathy. His philosophy dates back to Hippocrates 2,500 years before.
Homeopathy uses the law of similars, treating 'like with like'. Symptoms are matched to the individualised selected remedies which react in a similar way, thus stimulating the patients own natural healing energy.
Homeopathy can be used alongside existing conventional medicine treating all ages including pregnant mums, newborn babies, children and childhood illnesses through all life stages to the elderly.
What is Reiki?

Reiki is a hands on method of healing and this energy is channelled by the practitioner, we are not the healers.
The client may either sit on a chair or lie on a couch fully clothed during a session which lasts 45-60 minutes, soft background music is played whilst the client relaxes in a safe space.
BENEFITS
A feeling of warmth and wellbeing are usually experienced from this wonderful healing energy.Babies and animals especially love this healing. It works on ALL levels, physical, mental and emotional.
Reiki can be given in conjunction with other therapies and works especially well with homeopathy and does not interfere with prescribed medication.
Reiki is not alligned to any religion and you do not have to believe to experience this wonderful form of energy.

Consultations take place in a safe and non judgemental environment.
During your first consultation it is important for your homeopath to view you as a whole person to enable the correct, individualised remedy to be selected. Therefore you will be asked a series of questions;
