SERVICES The Reiki energy works through the hands of the practitioner whilst you lay fully clothed on a therapy couch. If you experience problems with laying down we are flexible and will find another position in which you are totally comfortable. Reiki is a wonderful relaxing treatment.
The counselling can help you if you are finding it difficult to recover after a death or other deep loss. You may have issues which you are finding it difficult to resolve on your own. You might find yourself in the same unhealthy situation time and again. Counselling can help you to clarify your own situation and offers the support and encouragement to make those changes.
