Maggie’s Mobile Holistics deliver this relaxing treatment direct to your home. The treatment can be carried out seated, without the need to undress and with or without oils. Oils (if used) can be left in the hair if you wish for an overnight conditioning treatment. An Indian Head Massage last approximately 30 minutes. I am based in Chelmsford and a Member of the Guild of Holistic Therapists, please don’t hesitate to give me a call if you would like to make a booking or have any queries.
Indian Head Massage is a treatment based on Ayurvedic techniques and dates back nearly 4000 years. Massage is used traditionally in India from birth for grooming and therapeutic purposes as well as for the relaxation and feeling of wellbeing that it induces. Massage movements are carried out to ease tension and improve circulation in upper back, shoulders, neck, scalp and face.
