SERVICES People today are more interested and more knowledgeable about health matters and are keen to promote their own health and well-being. While complementary health therapies do not replace the importance of obtaining a medical diagnosis from your Doctor when you experience pain in your body for whatever reason, they can help promote your health and well-being with the expectation that if you keep your body healthy you will not succumb so readily to the many viruses and bacteria that challenge our immune systems on a regular basis.
Whereas in the past people were happy to rely on medication to help their aches and pains, today people are interested in finding out how to help their health more naturally without the many side affects of medication. Using essential oils for home use is a very useful way to help relax our mind and bodies and help our immune systems. using essential oils is a lovely experience for your mind and body.
We know now that touch therapies such as massage, reflexology, and acupressure among other therapies can help relax our bodies and help us to feel better in ourselves. Once relaxed our bodies feel more balanced and we feel more able to meet the demands of busy lifestyles.
Choose from a range of complementary therapy treatments to promote your health:
A full body professional aromatherapy massage treatment is a deeply relaxing treatment. Once experienced you will want to have regular aromatherapy massages to benefit your health.
A Chinese Reflexology foot treatment involves working on reflexes on the feet which correspond to all areas of your body. Again this is a deeply relaxing experience which has immense health benefits.
You can experience relief from:
- sinus congestion
- constipation
- fatigue
- digestive complaints
- pre-menstrual tension with regular treatments.
