Facial reflexology may help with all of these conditions and many more. It is suitable for all age groups including the very young and the elderly.
Facial reflexology uses chinese meridians and accupressure points, south american and vietnamese face maps, cranial points and nerve points on the face and scalp.
The entire surface of the face is treated (except the eyelids), stimulating a natural improvement in the blood circulation, lymphatic drainage, muscle tone and nerve function, all of which contribute to the improved health of the client and results in a glowing complexion.
A treatment is normally 45 - 50 minutes ( the first treatment is longer as a full health/lifestyle consultation is taken). The cost is £35 per treatment.
Foot Reflexology
Reflexology is a treatment that works on the feet to balance the whole body. Each part of the foot corresponds to a part or area of the body, and both massage and pressure point techniques are used to have an effect on the energy pathways or reflex zones of the body.

Indian head massage is a relaxing and calming treatment, which concentrates on massaging the face, scalp, hair, neck, arms and shoulders.
