I have lived and worked on the Wirral all of my life and enjoy being a community aromatherapist. The benefit to you is you do not even have to leave your home, I come directly to you.
Working in health care since leaving school (far too many years ago) as an assistant to nurses, doctors and therapists gave me the foundations and understanding I needed to become an aromatherapist. I have seen what negative stress (we all need positive stress to keep us going), fatigue and poor lifestyle can do to the body, and some of these illnesses and diseases could be prevented by just stopping and listening to our bodies once in a while.
I personally found that body massage combined with aromatherapy essential oils, a healthy diet (that includes the occasional chunky choc bar) and an enjoyable exercise routine can help us restore and refresh our bodies and minds, helping us cope better with life’s little (and big) ups and downs.

This is a mobile therapy service covering the Wirral area (female clients only).
Appointment times start from 6.30pm Mon-Tue Wed. 9am to 8pm Thur-Fri from 6.30pm from 10am Sat.

Massage therapy gives you the chance to take time out for yourself, it gives you some quiet time and helps your body and mind to refresh its self.
A full consultation is required on your first appointment. There is no charge for this and it does not include your therapy time; therefore please take into account extra time will be needed to complete this.
