About Monika
I am a massage therapist with fifteen years experience, practicing a range of massage and reflexology treatments in Bristol and Bradford on Avon. From Deep Tissue and Holistic massage to more specialised treatments like Ayurvedic massage, Lymphatic Drainage massage and Pregnancy Reflexology, my aim is to help my clients achieve greater physical and emotional wellbeing.
I have worked in a number of leading complementary health clinics and spas in London, including Neal’s Yard Remedies, The Sanctuary in Covent Garden and The Mayfair Spa.

Massage Treaments
I offer several types of massages, some general, some more specialised.
Ayurvedic Massage
A soothing but energising oil massage that originated in India. It works on the marma points (ayurvedic pressure points), releases muscle tensions and increases the body's energy flow.
Indian Head Massage
This 40 minute treatment massages the scalp and the muscles of the neck and shoulders, stimulating pressure points and the energy flow to leave you feeling energised and focussed.
Ayurvedic Facial Lift Massage
A fantastic facial massage that revitalises your skin and gives it a natural lift. Also includes massage of the neck and shoulders.
Holistic Massage
This is a soothing and balancing massage that’s ideal for treating specific problems or just enhancing your general wellbeing. It can be gentle or deep tissue, depending on what your body needs.
Pregnancy Massage
Massage during pregnancy is a wonderful experience. It helps to relax and prepare your body and provides support throughout the pregnancy and after giving birth.
Lymphatic Drainage Massage
A very gentle massage that stimulates the lymphatic system. By helping to increase the circulation of lymph fluid, Lymphatic Drainiage Massage can be beneficial for a range of different problems.
Reflexology
Reflexology
Working on specific reflex points on the feet, a reflexology treatment is a deeply relaxing experience that encourages healing in different parts of the body.
The reflex points are connected to every part of the body. By working on these points, a physical effect is stimulated in specific areas of the body and helps them to function at their optimum level.
Reflexology can boost the immune system and promote a stronger body and calmer mind. It can also help in coping with stress and anxiety, aiding and easing pregnancy, hormonal imbalances, digestive problems and sleeping disorders.

Pregnancy Reflexology
Research shows that reflexology is also very beneficial for the reproductive system and has been found to be particularly effective during the later stages of pregnancy, as well as before labour.
Reflexology is used from the second trimester to revitalise, energise and to encourage a healthy pregnancy. It can also help with recovery after birth.
