About Matt
Originally from Perth Western Australia, and resident in the Uk since 1999, Matt has made a career in the fitness industry working with most of the major health and fitness operators, from Gym Instructor to Personal Trainer and Manager.
With a degree in Sports Science, a Certified Personal Trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine and various other health and fitness qualifications, my career of over 15 years has exposed me to the most effective techniques to achieve desired results of my clients. Having worked with elite athletes, cardiac rehab patients and the rest of us who just need to do a bit more exercise to achieve a healthier lifestyle. As a soon to be father of two, I understand the need for flexibility in your training regime and will devise a programme to fit into your busy lifestyle so you can achieve your goals regardless of your time constraints.
Either train 1-2-1 or get a small group together to share the cost of your training.
