I am having particular success with Anger Management issues. If you are struggling with uncontrollable bursts of anger, or chronic irritability that affects your loved ones badly, please realise that you can get free of this relatively simply, and thereby change your life immeasurably for the better. One session is often enough.
Counselling is as informal as possible, and the focus is on creating immediate help that is easily understandable and sensible, and advice that is simple and usable immediately.You will feel better after just one visit.
I am a trained Hypnotherapist also, but in practice I am finding great success in straightforward counselling. Hypnotherapy can sometimes be included in the session to boost relaxation and lower stress, if this is what the client wants. The client is always in charge.
I respect all religious beliefs and do not seek to change anyone's belief. My own outlook is spiritual but not religious, working with ways to control energy and create balance.

About Us
My name is Peter McCormack, Dip Hyp CS and I am a Master Hypnotist. I have trained extensively and intensively in the UK and in the USA with world-renowned Hypnotists.
I also use and study other forms of Holistic Therapy and Counselling.
I have been trained in Suicide Intervention Skills; AND I know personally what it feels like to wish my life would end.
I believe in the harmony of Mind, Body, and Spirit as the source of Being, and of supplying healing for good mental and physical and spiritual health. I respect the religious and philosophical beliefs of all clients and only offer therapy that is acceptable to each client. If you want to change negative thinking this is the place to get help. Negative emotions and behaviours which have been dogging you for years can often be cleared away in one session! Some chronic conditions of physical illness and pain can also disappear remarkably quickly.
AND…you don’t have to be ill or depressed to benefit from Hypnosis! You can have a session to boost your inner joy and zeal for life. A tune-up for the mind. A beautiful experience of inner peace and wonder. Better than drugs or alcohol, and no bad side effects!
