I offer a non-judgemental, safe, caring and trusting environment which will help to enable you to open up and talk about / explore any problems / issues you may have and how you ‘feel’; thereby empowering you to make positive changes in your life.
I am a qualified Humanistic Therapist who is a member of the BACP & abide by their code of ethics. The sessions are confidential but there are limits to confidentiality which I will explain during the first session.
I believe that an individual has within themselves vast resources of self-understanding for altering their self-concept, attitudes and self-directing behaviour.
Helping you to explore your own subjective experiences in the here-and-now can heighten your awareness on any issues / problems / life events that happened either recently or may have happened a long time ago.
My goal is not to solve any problems / issues you may have, but to help you find ways of coping better with any problems you may have; to increase your self-worth / self-esteem and also to help you to become more aware of, and see more clearly, what your situation may be.
I have worked with a range of complex and diverse issues on a one to one basis.

Eating disorders,
Bereavement,
