I have a VTCT Diploma in Holistic Therapies and a Certificate in Sports Massage.
Putting this together with the experience I have gained working in top spas and the cruise industry

I am here to help relieve tension and leave you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. All of us have hectic lives and are prone to aches and pains, muscle tension and stress and that's why I am here to help.
I'm available to provide mobile massage therapy throughout the Cardiff, Penarth, Barry and Vale of Glamorgan area so that you can enjoy a massage in the comfort of your own home. I will do everything possible to meet your expectations.
If you would prefer to have your treatment in a clinic environment then I do have a treatment room available at the Victoria Park Clinic in Canton, just outside of Cardiff city centre.
Whatever your individual concerns, I have many massage options available for you to choose from.
These range from invigorating massages that can help treat old sports injuries, relieve back pain, soothe aches and relax tight muscles. But also relaxing massages which will leave you feeling pampered help aid sleep and reduce stress.
I offer a range of treatments including hot stone massage, bamboo massage, Swedish massage, Sports massage, Hopi ear candling, Deep tissue massage and Reflexology - all can be tailored to your needs and requirements.

Swedish Massage - £40 (60 minutes)
Swedish massage uses flowing strokes of light to medium pressure and is a great choice for
stress relief and relaxation.
Deep Tissue Massage - £40 (60 minutes)
In deep tissue massages firm pressure is applied using the forearms, elbows and knuckles to trigger points so that knots in your muscles can be released. This massage can also relax tissue fascia and increase circulation.
Hot Stone Massage - £40 (60 minutes)
If you want to feel completely pampered and tension free then a hot stone massage is the ideal choice for you. Hot stone massages are truly relaxing experiences where heated volcanic basalt stones are used to massage the body. The hot stones can ease tension in your muscles at a deep level so there is no need for extra pressure.
Bamboo Massage - £40 (60 minutes)
In an invigorating bamboo massage different lengths and widths of warm bamboo are rolled over your muscles in order to break down knots and release and smooth any tension you may have in your tissue. A bamboo massage offers a different kind of treatment that will leave you feeling amazing.
Thermo Auricular Therapy - £30 (60 minutes)
This is a non invasive ear treatment, it is a natural and safe cleansing treatment for helping to remove excess wax from the ears. A hollow candle made from wax and cotton and infused with herbs and honey is gently placed in the ear, it is burnt down to a safety filter level. This warmth gently massages the ear drum which helps to soothe relax and rebalance. The treatment is finished with a relaxing pressure point massage to the face. This can also be a great help for tinnitus, migraines, earaches, headaches and sinusitis amongst other things.
Reflexology - £30 (60 minutes)
If you are looking for a way to relax but are want something other than a massage then reflexology is the perfect treatment for you. The feet are covered in reflex points that relate to the whole body and with reflexology your body can be relaxed and rebalanced just by applying pressure to the reflex points in your feet.
Pressure Point Face and Scalp Massage - £10 (15 minutes)

I am also happy to personalise your massage with aromatherapy blends and extend the length of your treatments so you will be left feeling even more relaxed.
I am available to do hen parties and corporate events and can provide onsite massage in the workplace.
Appointments are available Monday to Sunday 8am to 8pm.
