Based in a lovely wooden treatment room in my garden in Great Denham, Bedfordshire, with a cherry tree on one side and herb wheels to the front, I provide a peaceful healing environment away from the stresses of modern life.
I offer consultations in a friendly, relaxed environment, allowing you time to tell me about your symptoms, lifestyle, diet, medical history and how you experience your particular health issues.
The therapies I offer can be used individually or in combination, thus enabling me to tailor each treatment to your individual need and so provide the most Effective Healing.

About Me
In 2006 I became a registered member of the Society of Homeopaths after studying Homeopathy for 4 years at the Purton House School of Homeopathy (now part of Thames Valley University). I then completed a 2 year course at the classical Kinesiology Institute and am now an Associate member of the Kinesiology Federation.
I find that the two therapies complement each other well; Homoepathy offers deep acting yet gentle healing, whilst Kinesiology allows me to discover what imbalances there are in the body, which is the priority to treat and the best route to use in that treatment.
Since then I have been offering both therapies, either separately or in combination to provide the most effective healing.
Last year I completed my Reiki Attunements, and can now offer this either as a stand alone treatment or in conjunction with the other therapies.
I am currently studying with Rhythmic Movement Training International, helping me to better understand the links between underdeveloped infant reflexes and their relationship to problems such as ADHD, Dyslexia, Dyspraxia and Autistic Spectrum Disorder.
So as you can see, I have a wonderful box of tricks available for treating people. There is no straightforward answer to the question "What do you do?” as I treat the individual - and not the disease label - and no two people are the same! I simply combine all the tools at my disposal to give you the very best healing treatment.
How it works
our first appointment will last at least 1 ½ hours, during which time I will ask you questions about your symptoms, lifestyle, diet and medical history.
I will then use this information to find the best treatment for you, and also use Kinesiology to look for the root causes of your health problems, which in many cases may be linked to dietary issues. I usually find that once these are sorted the homeopathic remedy is able to work more efficiently.
I may also use other balancing techniques from my Box of Tricks to leave you feeling relaxed or energised or sometimes both!
