About MeMy approach to massage therapy is to tailor each session to the individual.
Since no two people are the same, neither are the treatments that will benefit them the most. I use consultation, feedback and intuition to guide my practice.
I am fully qualified in all the treatments that I offer, and also hold a degree in complementary and alternative therapies. My client base ranges from the young to the elderly, and I have experience to offer help with a wide range of muscular conditions.
If you are looking for help with a physical ailment or relief from mental tension, there is a treatment to suit you. I currently operate mainly from a treatment room in the heart of Leamington Spa, however I can cover other areas in and around Warwickshire.

TreatmentsSwedish Massage
Swedish massage uses blended oils and a range of techniques to relax muscle fibres and soothe sore, stiff, aching muscles. It can help to aid restful sleep, improve skin elasticity and is an excellent option for anyone looking for a special, relaxing treat.
Sports/Deep Tissue Massage
This is recommended for anyone with specific muscular pain, caused by injury, postural stress or anything that causes the discomfort of compromised muscle function. It is deep and intensive, and requires the client and the therapist to work together through a process of diagnosis and treatment.
Table Top Thai
Thai massage is conducted with the client in loose fitting, comfortable clothing, and is traditionally performed on a floor mat. This version has been adapted for the massage table, but still uses many of the same stretches as the more traditional version. It can also be combined with Swedish massage for the ultimate relaxation combination!
Manual Lymphatic Drainage
This is a very slow, very gentle treatment that is used to treat lymphoedema. It is particularly beneficial to people who have had lymphectomies and find swelling of the limbs to be a side effect.
