Aromatherapy massage is beneficial for many ailments such as muscular aches and pains, tension headaches, arthritis, water retention, stress, sports injuries, lethargy, poor circulation, insomnia, depression and many more. There are also the more obvious benefits such as relaxation and rejuvenation.

Only 100% pure essential oils are used. As well as their numerous therapeutic properties, they also add a touch of luxury to the whole experience.
Treatments last between 30 and 90 minutes. A full body massage normally takes 90 minutes and a back , neck and shoulder massage takes 30 minutes. However treatments can be tailored to your specific requirements. For instance, you may choose to have 1 hour back neck and shoulder massage.
A consultation is carried out before each treatment to discuss any medical issues and your preferences as to the depth of the massage and the areas to be treated.

100% pure essential oils, extracted from botanical origin, are used for the massage. The oils, themselves, have many therapeutic properties. Some examples are:
- Lavender - calming, aids sleep
- Ginger - warming, improves circulation
- Peppermint - cooling, relieves pain
- Frankincense - clears mucous, reduces wrinkles
- Fennel - diuretic, relieves water retention, helps with symptoms of menopause
- Patchouli - lifts mood, aids depression
