At certain times in our life, we may become confused, angry, sad, unable to let go of past or current events that are weighing us down. We may find it difficult to talk to anyone about how we are really feeling, so we put on a front for fear of being judged.
Counselling can provide the time and space to explore issues that may be causing concerns or difficulties.
If you would like to find out more about how we may be able to work together, why not phone for a free initial consultation to discuss any issues you may be encountering and we can explore the help and support that is available for you. You need no longer be alone with your problems. The specialist area we deal with is working with addiction.
