Treatment
The first step for most people is a confidential, no obligation chat on the telephone. Here we will discuss your individual situation and decide between us what course of action can be taken.
The number of sessions required will vary depending on what is being treated. For example, stopping smoking may be done in one session of around one and a half hours, weight loss may require two or three one hour sessions, where more deep rooted problems may require five or six sessions.
We do not generally offer free first consultations as most of what is covered in these can easily be covered in our initial telephone conversation. Most clients when they have made the effort to travel to the clinic want to get on with the treatment, not just talk about it and maybe wait another week or so for an appointment to start the treatment. If you are still unsure about continuing with treatment after the initial telephone consultation, you are welcome to make an appointment for a brief consultation.
