BESPOKE NUTRITIONAL THERAPY FOR YOU AND YOUR FAMILY
ABOUT NOURISH TO FLOURISH
Nourish to Flourish is a private nutrition consultancy based in Muswell Hill, North London, set-up and run by Stephanie Ridley Dip FTST BA (Hons) BSc (Hons) Dip NT (BCNH) MBANT MCNHC.
At Nourish to Flourish we use bespoke nutritional therapy within a 'functional medicine' framework to help clients improve their health and well-being. This means that we take a holistic but science-informed approach to tackle the underlying causes of chronic illness, rather than the symptoms.
We have already helped clients with: fatigue, sleep issues, PMS, high blood pressure, thyroid dysfunction, acne, eczema, digestive complaints, migraines, low mood, chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS), PCOS, weight issues, psoriasis, hair loss, poor stress tolerance, high cholesterol...and more.
At Nourish to Flourish we do not rush you. We take the time to listen and understand you before developing your nutritional action plan. Each action plan is unique, realistic and most importantly, agreed upon by you. We want to see you improve your health.

WHAT IS NUTRITIONAL THERAPY?
Almost everyone has some form of chronic health problem – from dry skin, tiredness or constipation to insomnia, autoimmune disease or hypertension. But few people make the connection that the foods they eat, or don’t eat, may be exacerbating their condition.
Nutritional Therapy draws upon nutritional science to optimally nourish the body, restoring it to a balanced state of health. Rooted in Functional Medicine, Nutritional Therapy focuses on the origins, prevention and alleviation of chronic health concerns by considering the body as a unique whole where processes and symptoms are interconnected in a web-like way.
There is an ever-growing wealth of scientific research linking food and nutrient intake with health and disease. Making healthy food choices is more than eating your ‘five a day’ – it is about knowing what foods are right for you so that your body can function optimally.
WHO IS IT FOR?
Almost everyone can benefit from Nutritional Therapy because nutrition is an undeniably important part of our health – we all eat every day and the foods we choose will have a direct effect on our health and wellbeing.
Many people consult a Nutritional Therapist because they suffer from chronic health conditions, such as fatigue, bloating, PMS, low mood, constipation or skin problems, that conventional medicine has been unable to treat – they may find Nutritional Therapy helps to alleviate their symptoms.
Others consult a Nutritional Therapist to check their diet is right for them. This can change over time – for example, teenagers, stressed individuals, pregnant women, pre-menopausal women, exercise enthusiasts, post-menopausal women and children all have different nutritional needs.
Nutitional Therapy does not claim to treat or cure illnesses - but it does crucially consider the causes of health problems, many of which have diet and lifestyle origins.
