Nutritional TherapyWhat is Naturopathic Nutritional Therapy?
Naturopathic Nutritional Therapy is a holistic therapy which stresses the use of whole, organic foods as medicine. It aims to address the underlying causes of an illness rather than just suppressing the symptoms and in this way naturally brings the body back into balance.
A nutritional therapist uses food, herbs, targeted supplements and lifestyle changes to support each client. There is no one diet that is ideal. Each client will have different requirements and it is this individuality that is addressed as part of a nutritional protocol. Incorporating change can often be challenging so Kate ensures that any changes made are not only going to tackle a clients health issues but are also simple to put into practice.
Just some of the conditions Nutritional Therapy can benefit are listed below:

About Kate LenhartIntegrating her love of people and her passion for nutrition Kate has made a commitment to support and educate her clients as they embark on their own journey to better health.
After many years of experimenting with her diet (and by her own admission it was often far from nutritious) and finding herself lost in a sea of conflicting information, Kate eventually found her way to the College of Naturopathic Medicine where she embarked upon a career attaining a three year diploma in Naturopathic Nutritional Therapy. Kate says she found a place where food could be a safe and powerful medicine. She started to make sense of her own health issues and as her knowledge and passion grew and as she saw the positive changes in her own energy levels and wellbeing it was clear she wanted to help others on the path to feeling great.
Kate assesses nutritional status and works with each client to create a programme that is based upon their own personal needs; she believes every individual is unique from their genetics to their lifestyle and their diet should reflect this.
