Your nutritional well-being is our concern. By providing you with advice and help from a qualified nutrition advisor, from the weaning of your baby, through illness and healthy eating during old age I will guide you in improving your well-being in a holistic and realistic manner. This is the essential Food First approach which widens your food choices, does not restrict your food groups and is tailored specifically to you.
While there is a high awareness of healthy eating, some people eat less than the recommended amounts on a daily basis. Whether you eat too much or too little, we can help You to transform your health and life.

About me
Nutrition for You.uk is run by Karryne Hodgkinson a qualified Nutritionist with BSc (Hons) Nutrition from Bournemouth University, England.
From a nursing background, my career in caring now contributes to the knowledgeable broad base of experience in both caring and advising clients in both good and poor health.
I have been a registered Member of The Nutrition Society since 2004. I practice according to the Association of Nutritionists Code of Ethics & Statement of Professional Conduct which all registrants have to make a declaration and abide by.
As a professional Nutritionist we are dedicated to the benefits of healthier diets and lifestyle.

Assessment
At Nutrition for you.uk
The focus is on what foods you eat and your lifestyle habits. Advice and support is through simple, practical programmes to suit you in your lifestyle and your budget, and also providing you with meal planning for your energy needs.
- There is an initial consultation which lasts for approx. 1/2 hr. from £15
- Consultation and Nutritional assessment of 1 1/2hr.
- Follow up approx 30 mins.
- For all consultations a food and lifestyle questionnaire is to be completed prior to the appointment. and a food diary covering a 5 day period should be kept (Wed.-Sun. or Sat.-Wed.)
- If you have and queries please don’t hesitate to contact for advice.
All consultations are on a one to one basis. A full consultation includes a dietary and lifestyle analysis. The nutrition assessment is tailored to your individual needs making your goals easier to sustain. Printed reports extra.
