I qualified as a Holistic Massage Therapist in 2009 and set up my practice, Olicana Holistics, in 2012. I am also qualified in Seated Acupressure Massage and Japanese Hand Massage.
Olicana Holistics is built on the view that our holistic health of 'Body-Mind-Spirit' is crucial. I truly believe that massage therapy can help clients to achieve a healthy lifestyle and work-life balance.
I assess each client as an individual and tailor the treatment to what is required at that moment in time - no two treatments will ever be the same as our bodies are constantly changing and adapting.
