How does E.M.A work?
E.M.A works by taking the DNA strands back to their original perfection, releasing old energy patterns of negativity, I.e illness, thoughts and emotions by re-configuring and allowing the body to accelerate its own inbuilt healing mechanism.
As old patterns re- surface they are released through the layers of the aura (energy field) allowing the re-patterning to occur at exactly the correct rate for each person.
Each person has an innate healing ability, which allows the body to re-generate healthy cells and reminding the body of its natural ability to heal it of anything.
As the energy is released through the aura (energy field) through all of the layers it accesses the original point of conflict or distortion and removes it so that the body no longer needs to repeat the old pattern of illness or limitation.
What can I expect during An E.M.A treatment?
The first part of the session will be done with you standing with your feet planted firmly on the ground (if you are unable to stand the first part will be performed whilst you are sitting) hands resting gently by your sides the therapist will be standing opposite you and you will be asked to take a couple of deep breaths.
During the session the therapist will rarely make any physical contact it will be explained to you what is expected from yourself before proceeding with the treatment the first part of the treatment takes from between 15 to 20 mins sometimes quicker depending on the client but your therapist will know intuitively how long they will be required to hold the energy.
In the second part of the treatment you will be asked to get on to the couch (obviously if this is not possible the treatment will continue in the chair) and you will be left for exactly 10 mins to allow your body to absorb the healing energy, your therapist will ask that you do not get up from the couch or chair until they return to the room, upon returning if you are still very relaxed as is very often the case you will be asked to sit up gently and be given some water to drink and the therapist will explain what they felt was happening during the session and you will be asked what you yourself felt.

Nail Shape and Polish: Nails filed and shaped with colour application, including base and top coat.

We offer a range of facials, but only use two brands. These are Higher Nature Energy and Dr Baumann's.
Higher Nature Energy Facials : Includes energy brushing for the whole body. If you're looking for total relaxation and treating your skin, this is the facial for you. It includes cleanse, exfoliation, energy brushing, face and shoulder massage, mask, tone and moisture.
Dr Baumann's facials are more than a facial; they are specific prescription face treatment. The therapist will analyse your skin before treating it with specific ingredients. Everybody's treatment is different; no two treatments are the same as it is such an in-depth treatment.
This is not just facials, it is a prescriptive treatment for the skin and each person is treated for their individual needs. Based on your consultation, your treatment may include the following: deep cleansing, advanced skin analysis, exfoliation, extractions, masque, and touch therapies. A recommendation of a professional skin care treatment should be carried out every 4 - 6 weeks if using Dr Baumann's products at home.
Treatment options available :
- Option 1 : £ 45 - approx 1 hour, including skin analysis and treatment, with touch therapy
- Option 2 : £25 - approx half hour includes skin analysis and treatment

Aromatherapy
Aromatherapy is the soothing practice of massage using essential oils. Whether you want to feel special, re-energised, relaxed or wish to improve your wellbeing. Aromatherapy can prove the key. Cost - 1 hour (approx) £35, 1/2 hour (approx) £25.
Holistic Massage
Holistic Massage is a deep penetrating massage to reduce stress and tension, and improve the circulation, the nervous and muscular system. It is particularly good for neck tension and backache. Cost - 1 hour (approx) £30, 1/2 hour (approx) £20.
Stone Therapy
The ancient healing art of massaging with warm stones for physical and spiritual re-balancing. The warmth of the stones penetrates deep into the muscles making it an excellent treatment for very tense painful muscles. Cost - 1st visit 1 hour 15 mins (approx) £40, follow up 1/2 hour (approx) £30.
Reiki
Reiki is a natural safe energy that promotes the body's own healing ability. Treatment is given over light clothing. The hands are kept still and placed gently on various places on the body to channel a healing energy. Reiki is not spiritual or faith healing - it is recognised by medical science as one of the most advanced natural stress relief and health improvement therapies. Reflexology
Reflexology is a treatment based upon the principle that every organ in the body has a corresponding zone on the feet. Hopi Ear Candles

Indian Head Massage
A scalp, neck and shoulder massage using various techniques to help relieve stress, congestion, eye strain and neck and shoulder pain. The treatment is given over light clothing. Non Invasive Colonic Cleasing
Colonic cleansing is a light therapy treatment to restore the Natural balance and function of the colon, whilst eliminating the build up of waste toxins.
