Health can best be described as a state of complete physical, emotional & social well-being & not just an absence of disease or illness.
The presence of illness or disease indicates that the body has gone out of balance. Addressing these imbalances requires looking at the body as a whole and treating the causes, not just the symptoms they present.
Experience of the retail health trade has shown me that many people are looking for an alternative approach towards helping them regain their health.
By working closely with patients my aim is to empower them to help improve their health. This can be best achieved through a partnership of trust between the practitioner and the patient.
My intention is to raise self awareness and increase expectations of health and well-being.

Initial consultations last for one hour.
The background of your past and current health will be established during the consultation.
After consultation you will be offered clear explanations as to how food and life style may be affecting your health and given advice accordingly.
A structured nutritional programme will be set up to address specific needs.
Each programme is entirely personalised to best suit individual requirements.
Follow up consultations take place about four to six weeks after the initial consultation. They provide the opportunity to assess progress and to refine the programme as necessary.

They are held in a consulting room in St Albans or home
