Specialised Weight Loss Programme
If you have been disappointed with the long term results of diets or exercise programmes, this Specialised Weight Loss Programme is for you.
Using my extensive knowledge and experience an individualised and tailored programme will be created especially for you, taking into account your current level of fitness and goals. A nutrition and exercise plan based on tried and tested methods will help you achieve and maintain the goals you want and help you enjoy exercise as part of your new lifestyle.

Dietary Plans
A healthy balanced diet can help you keep your weight, cholesterol and blood pressure under control and prevent blood clots and fatty deposits building up in your arteries. Make sure you include plenty of fruit, vegetables and starchy foods, like wholegrain bread, pasta and rice, and reduce the amount of saturated fat, salt and sugar that you include in your diet.
A healthy and a balanced diet along with exercise is the key. My dietary and exercise service includes looking at your current diet and designing a healthy and appropriate diet plan to support you in your goals.
Prices: Diet review and creation of diet plan, £25 (£20 for follow up reviews)
Beach Body Package
With summer almost here, get in excellent beach-body shape with this package.
Whether you want to lose weight and tone up for a holiday or just to enjoy Marbella beach this summer, the six week Beach Body Package will help you achieve great results. This programme targets all areas of the body for shaping and toning to help you look your best yet on the beach this summer.
Price: £350 for 15 sessions ( 3 sessions per week for 5 weeks) or if you have a holiday partner/ friend, a special discounted rate of £600 is available.
Wedding Package
Your wedding day is one of the most important days of your life. You’ve found the perfect dress/ suit and now you need to look great in it. If you want to lose weight and tone up in time for the big day, then the Wedding Package is definitely for you.
Twenty-four sessions are spread over 8 (3 sessions per week ) weeks and a full, custom-made individualised nutritional plan will is created for you. For a limited period only a pre-wedding massage to help you relax before the big day is also included.
Price: £550 for 24 sessions or if you want to train with your husband/wife-to-be/ best man/ bridesmaid then a special discounted rate of £800 is available (maximum 2 people).
