Holistic Massage
Massage is an excellent treatment for relieving stress as it can help to relax both your mind and body, restoring your body’s natural balance, relieving aches and pains and promoting better sleep. Massage also helps your body to cleanse itself by eliminating toxins and other waste products, resulting in increased energy and vitality.
Aromatherapy Massage
Aromatherapy is a very subtle but effective treatment. Using pure organic essential oils, I make up a unique blend specifically tailored to your individual needs. I apply the oils using a gentle, relaxing full body massage and facial treatment. Aromatherapy treatments can be very effective in helping to relieve many medical problems including skin problems, aches and pains, stress related conditions and insomnia. Aromatherapy massage is a very relaxing treatment and is a great way to de-stress and unwind.
