I started with massage and aromatherapy (IIHHT), leading on to three courses in reflexology (NAR), of which I still offer and practice. I have also trained in Reiki I & II, and Holistic Counselling and I am currently about to qualify as a Naturopathic Nutritionist this Autumn. I also hold a supplementation certificate which is recognised by the National Pharmaceautical Association, which allows me to prescribe and advise on supplements and herbs.
I have been carrying out the Food Sensitivity and Wellness Testing for four years. I had the testing done myself 6 years ago after an illness and it helped me so much that I changed my path! I could not practice anything that I do not believe in, it is probably the same as a salesman has to believe in his product to be able to sell it! I truly believe it can help or give some answers as to what might be going on for you and hopefully together we can make some health improvements, for some this may be small, but for others life changing!
