He is absolutely passionate about personal growth, success and continuous learning, success and innovation for individuals, businesses and sports. In addition to NLP certification, he is accredited at Postgraduate Masters level for Professional Development by University of Glamorgan, Wales. Expertise is complemented with Post Graduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) studies for teacher training at Cardiff University (the psychology and sociology of learning and development). The consultancy has continuously evolved over the last 20 years, including design and facilitation of Professional Development programmes within the public sector and other corporations.
