I began practicing massage in 2000 and have run my own business since 2003.
I worked until recently as physio with Wivenhoe Town Football Club, as well as running my own private practice.
I've treated a wide variety of clients fit or unfit, young or old, able bodied or disabled, healthy or convalescent.
I've been privileged to work at the London Marathon and the London to Southend Cycle Race.
I worked for several years at the Castlegate Centre in Colchester, working with adults suffering from cerebral palsy, spina bifida and other related disabilities.

Sports Therapy Massage
Sports Therapy massage uses Swedish massage and other techniques to treat injuries, aches and pains, strains and sprains, both sporting and everyday. It is also used to prepare for, or to recover from events.
Swedish Massage
A simple relaxation massage which is the basis for many other treatments.
Indian Head Massage
This style of Indian Head Massage treats head, neck, shoulders, arms and hands. It can be performed with or without oils.
Thai Foot Massage
Very relaxing treatment for the feet and lower legs which uses massage, acupressure and stretching.
Ear Candling
A treatment that warms, soothes and balances the ears and air passages in the head. It can help sufferers of headaches, sinus troubles and excessive earwax.
Stress Management
Teaches techniques to enable you to control your own stress on a daily basis. Each consultation includes a relaxing, Indian Head style massage, with or without oils.
