At Peak Wellbeing, Val offers very relaxing reflexology to send you to sleep (even if you thought your feet were ticklish!), powerful reiki healing and luxurious massages, including an Ayurvedic massage created by the renowned therapist Bharti Vyas, hydrotherm massage and hot stone massage.
Ayurvedic Face Massage
Using special Ayurvedic oil and rose water to cleanse, this massage relaxes the face muscles and stimulates the microcirculation to promote the regeneration of a healthier, younger looking skin. It improves muscle tone and the skin’s natural capacity to retain moisture. Skin texture is improved and refined. The benefits of this treatment are enhanced by a course of six treatments, which will help to minimize wrinkles and skin ageing.
The special oils and techniques give an intensely relaxing and revitalizing massage, which also nourishes both hair and hair, roots. Circulation in the head region is improved and energy blockages can be released to promote relaxation of mind and soul.
Hot Stone Massage
