Perpetual Fitness is a personal training company owned and run by lead personal trainer, David Dorward. Based just outside Brackley in South Northamptonshire, David and his team of mobile, freelance personal trainers are perfectly located to work with clients throughout the counties of Northamptonshire, Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire.

Perpetual Fitness offers a number of different services and for many of our clients, we will look to use a combination of different training methods, equipment and locations.

Do you need a Personal Trainer?

Working with a Personal Trainer is not for everyone.

For some people, motivation is never an issue and they are happy to work out on their own at the gym or in their chosen exercise method at home and can work towards goals they have set themselves without needing additional support and guidance.

About David

As the founder of Perpetual Fitness, by his own admission, David Dorward has his dream job. Although he has done a few others other things on the path to get here...

University educated, David moved to London and did a stint working in the city. He then moved on and did five years in the Army, working in the Parachute Regiment as a Physical Training Instructor (PTI) and Endurance Training Leader. His Army experience and qualifications cemented a solid foundation of practical fitness and knowledge of the body and he expanded this knowledge of fitness training methods with his passion for team sports including swimming with the army open water swim team and cycling with the army cycling team.

In 2009, David achieved national level top 3 placing at Ironman Distance Triathlon and as result decided that a career focused purely on fitness was the way forward and he hasn’t looked back since!

David Dorward stands apart as a trainer who can both talk the talk and walk the walk.
