About Trevor
Trevor Griffiths became interested in complementary therapies several years ago and his personal experiences of sports related injuries bought him into contact with many practitioners. It was this and his desire to help others that led him to study Physical Therapy. He studied at Coventry University and graduated through The Northern Institute to become a Member of the London and Counties Society of Physiologists, where he was awarded the Diploma of Honour in Manipulative Therapy.
Trevor is also a State Registered Physiotherapist and a Member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapists. He has been actively involved in many sports including Football, Rugby, Squash, Golf Skiing and Martial Arts and has an understanding of the stresses and strains involved and the injuries that can occur. Trevor was the Physical Therapist for the W.P.G.A. European Championships held at Gleneagles, treating the world’s top lady golfers and was the Physical Therapist to the European Solheim Cup Team at Loch Lomond in 2000. Subsequently, Trevor began his studies in the Bowen Technique and is an Advanced qualified practitioner with Bowtech U.K. He is a fully accredited instructor of the Bowen Technique, with the B.T.A.A., regularly running courses in Scotland.
