Movement 4 all Our aim is to motivate and encourage you to achieve a workout that is safe, challenging for the whole body and will improve your lifestyle. All our qualified instructors are highly trained within the fitness industry and are passionate in making sure that you benefit from your class.
We offer classes in back pain management, pre/post natal, rehabilitation, gentle, beginners, intermediates and advanced Pilates and Yoga.
Classes include matwork and equipment from blocks, stability balls, bands, glidding discs, foam rollers, chi balls and small weights.
Step outside our lovely calm studio and you will also find nearby the Body Studio gym which enables you to add some cardio training should you wish to compliment your exercise programme with the same care and attention that we offer.

AMANDA KERSEN
Amanda is a level 3 Pilates Matwork and GP referral instructor and homeopath. She has a strong passion about helping people of all levels and ages progress and feel good within themselves. She offers a full body workout and will push you to achieve your goals and requirements. She works closely with clients to reduce pain and restrictions that may be inhibiting their lifestyle and improve their posture balance and fitness levels. Amanda works alongside Physiotherapists, Osteopaths and GPs.
I will strongly encourage you to participate in an active lifestyle and I love teaching Pilates to youths as well as adults.
MARTA SWIEZYNSKA
Marta holds a diploma from BWY and came to teaching yoga in 2008 inspired by her long-term yoga instructor, Rosie Evans and her BWY diploma tutors Monica Burton and Chris Harrison.
At the moment, apart from teaching her regular classes, Marta is taking additional BWY module and is currently in training to teach yoga to people living with cancer.
Marta's style of teaching can best be described as Classical Eclectic Hatha Yoga with an emphasis on breathing practices and alignment in asana to create body awareness and relieve stress, tension and anxiety.
JULIA RICHARDSON
Julia Richardson has attained Pilates Matwork Level 3 and is a member of REP's. She is a strong believer in the benefits and suitablity of Pilates for absolutely any age, shape or fitness level. She has a background in Dance and delivers a class leaving you calm and energised. She enjoys working with pre and post natal clients and her methods will inspire you all the way.
LYN BROWN
Lyn has been teaching Yoga for 30years and feels strongly that Yoga is for health and not a competitive exercise. She has helped many people with stress, back problems and general stiffness and her teaching will have a calming effect on your mind.

Pilates

Health Workshops
