Kate Tyler is a Sussex based Clinical Hypnotherapist, Psychotherapist, Life Coach and Yoga Instructor. As well as seeing individual clients for therapy sessions, she runs 5* Retreats, Holistic Holidays and Self Hypnosis Workshops within Sussex.
Born and raised in England, Kate is a world renowned Therapist. She is also a Licentiate member of The Hypnotherapy Association.
Originally trained with VTCT in Body Massage, Reflexology, Aromatherapy, Indian Head Massage and also Reiki, her career evolved from practising body work therapies to consulting large wellness retreat centres and top end boutique hotels, as well as offering individual treatments.
Having spent many years training with Ayurvedic Doctors and Swamis in India, she developed her extensive knowledge of meditation, anatomy and physiology, nutrition, mind and body control and a variety of Ayurvedic therapies and cleansing procedures. During this time she also studied Yoga with Sivanada and Ayurveda with the ANHC.
Kate has also spent many years managing residential Wellness Retreats, Detox Centres and Spiritual Programs in the UK, India and Thailand. She has also developed and implemented various healing and detoxification programs, training courses and seminars in this field.
