About Me
I am passionate about complimentary, naturopathic medicine.
I suffered ill health as a young teenager. Due to Polycystic ovary syndrome, Coeliac disease, Chronic fatigue syndrome, Raynaud’s disease - the list continued.
I was fortunate enough to have come across Dr Apeles Econs from Harley Street, I had my blood and hair analyzed. I was intolerant to a many food items and allergic to dairy and gluten. I had many environmental sensitivities and deficiencies in vitamins and minerals.
I was very skeptical and didn’t think that nutrition and diet could actually help me. But, after 4 months on a very stick diet and nutritional regime. My pain had dramatically vanished and my strength and energy was improving daily.
As a result I started to look at life more positively enabling me to embrace the life that I had been missing out on! I started horse riding, going out socially and attending college, all while I was wheel chair bound!
I now control my health through eating nutritious food and being on a rotational diet to minimize my intolerances. I feel vibrant and full of life, I have never looked back!!

Allergy and Intolerance Testing
Testing for environmental sensitivities such as arthritis, chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, I.B.S, M.E, skin problems, urticaria, psoriasis, weight loss and weight gain.
I can provide testing for environmental sensitivities such as chemicals, dust mites, animal dander and tree pollen up to 600 food and non-food items, via blood or hair analysis. This will give you a precise view of an item that your body cannot assimilate correctly.
Nutritional Consultation
Nutritional consultations are conducted after Quantum and Iridology testing in order to provide an individual dietary programme, customised to your individual needs.
