Wendy first became aware of spiritual healing when she started a two year Vibrational Healing course several years ago. Wendy was so interested in the idea of healing energy that she followed the healing teachings of Reiki and became qualified as a Reiki Master and Teacher. Divine Healing Master Key Therapy, Holistic Massage Therapy and Bach Flower Therapy are all part of the treatments that she has to offer. Living in High Hurstwood, East Sussex. she is on hand to service most locations in this area. Passionate about the benefits of the power of vibrational, spiritual and touch healing, she also enjoys sailing, walking, music and salsa!!!!!!!!
Holistic Massage
The term 'holistic' comes from the Greek word 'holos' meaning whole. The holistic approach takes into account the person's whole being, and not just the physical symptoms or problems. Massage is a form of tissue manipulation, which has evolved over 4000 years. Holistic massage treats each person, individually. The treatment enables the person to improve their health and re-establish their body's natural equilibrium, known as homeostasis.

Reiki
No matter where you are at physically, emotionally or mentally, Reiki will meet you where you are and bring to you the relief you are seeking.
Wendy E Radford is a Reiki Master Practitioner and Teacher of Reiki. At her practice in East Sussex. She sees people from all areas of life, from children through to the elderly and everyone who seeks relief from emotional, mental and/or physical problems. If you’re unable to travel, you can arrange for a home or hospital visit.
Reiki is the gentle yet powerful universal life force energy that exists within every living thing. During the healing session you remain fully clothed on a massage table with a light covering, Wendy’s hands are either placed on you or just above. During a Reiki treatment this healing energy is channelled by the practitioner and transferred through the hands for healing of the physical, emotional and spirit. This gentle hands-on treatment aims to restore the natural energetic flow within, and to release any physical and emotional blockages.
Reiki is a simple yet powerfully effective healing technique to learn, it is a first aid kit in your hands, anyone can learn; and you can give yourself a Reiki treatment. There are many reasons why people seek to learn this natural healing method; healing for friends and family, relief from stress and long term illness, to finding ones full potential, personal growth and life path.
Wendy teaches the traditional Usui form of Reiki.
The Reiki experience and its benefits
The benefit of a Reiki treatment touches all levels of your being: mental and emotional and bring relief from feelings such as grief, feeling overwhelmed, anxiety, stress, burnout, anger, guilt, perspective, negative mind chatter, and sleeplessness.
On a physical level Reiki can help with the immune system, enhancing energy levels and is especially effective for recovery from surgery, and assists with coping with life when living with illness.
Reiki is a complementary therapy and will not interfere with any medical treatments, which is why it’s found in hospitals and hospices here and overseas. It has also been reported to reduce many of the unwanted side effects of radiation and drugs, including chemotherapy.

DIVINE HEALING MASTER KEY
This healing modality has been designed by three qualified kinesiologists and a medical doctor, all of whom, as healers realize the power of prayer, invocation and intention to generate positive and transformational health and well-being outcomes.

Bach Flower Therapy
Bach Flower Therapy is a form of energy medicine. A Bach Flower "Remedy" consists of water that has been patterned with the energetic vibrations of one of 38 different flowers. Let me build you your own unique remedy, combining the positive character points of both the Bach flower essences and astrological signs to help you be the best and happiest person you can possibly be. Determining the best essence, or combination of essences to suit your individual needs. Bach flower remedies are believed to be a gentle but very effective therapy that can bring joy, harmony and balance back into your life.
What Emotions can be healed with Bach Flower Therapy?
All negative emotions can be addressed with Bach Flower Therapy. Unlike psychotropic medications (i.e. medicines that treat depression, anxiety or psychosis), Bach Flowers treat specific shades of emotion. For example, they address sadness, despair, hopelessness, irritability, rage, resentment, panic, worry, concern about family members, uncertainty, self-doubt, shyness, lethargy, overwhelm, pain without physical cause, impulsivity, agitation, procrastination, daydreaming, vague anxieties, specific phobias and any other disturbing emotion.
However, these remedies are preserved with a small amount of brandy. Those that are allergic to brandy or who cannot take it for other reasons, can still utilize Bach Flower Therapy. Remedies need not be taken internally - they can be put directly on pulse points on the skin.
The Bach Consultation
The initial session is 1 hour. Cost £30.
The treatment bottle I prepare during the session is a synergistic combination specific to your current emotional climate intended to release you from the reactive patterns, regardless of how long the patterns have existed. The treatment bottle last 3 weeks at which time a follow-up session is held to review and address emotional and behavioural shifts, refine the treatment if needed.
