Hi, I’m Rebecca Hogan and I provide reflexology treatments from my calm and quiet home treatment room.
My aim is to work with you to become a more relaxed and revitalised you. I’m a fully qualified, insured therapist and a member of the Association of Reflexologists (AOR) and the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT).

The treament
As it’s a holistic treatment, a 15 minute confidential consultation takes place to discuss your general health, lifestyle & diet. This is used to adjust the treatment for you as an individual.
Then you'll remove your footwear, (unless you'd rather your hands were treated), and lie back on a reclining reflexology chair. Pressure is applied to reflex areas of the feet or hands to bring about a state of deep relaxation which helps stimulate the bodies own healing processes. Within the 45 minute treatment all the reflexes are worked, some more than others depending on what the consultation highlighted as areas of the body that may be in most need.
To give you the best possible treatment a selection of Niki’s organic balms are used on the feet and Neal’s Yard aromatherapy oils can be chosen for burning in the room which all adds to the experience of your treatment. There's free parking on my drive so there's no need to dress up.
After a treatment, most people feel deeply relaxed with an increased sense of well being. Most people also say they get the best nights sleep after a treatment.

About me
As I reached my mid thirties I decided to start working towards a career change by studying complementary therapies including Reflexology, Homeopathy, Bach Flower remedies and Indian Head Massage.
I chose to train in complementary therapy in order to help people cope with the day to day strains of life and to cope with ill health. From my own experience of having regular treatments, I know complementary therapies can help people to truly relax and take time out for themselves even if they generally feel well.
I completed my Diploma in Reflexology with Calming Influences in Southampton. The 12 month level 3 course covered all aspects of Reflexology and ensured I complete extremely professional treatments to a very high standard. All treatments are tailored to the individual post a confidential consultation.
I am a member of the Association of Reflexologists, The Federation of Holistic Therapists and the Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council. I abide by their codes of conduct and am fully insured.
By April 2013 I will also have completed my Indian Head Massage course and be half way through my Bach Flowers for Homeopaths course.
Prior to my complementary therapy studies, I received a BA (Hons) in Business Studies at the University of the West of England, Bristol (1998) and spent the next 14 years working in Marketing, both agency and client side.
