My name is Helen Brackenbury and I am a qualified therapist who has been practicing for ten years. I love my work and my life. My journey to being a Hypnotherapist and Holistic Practitioner came about through my own ill health and life's setbacks. Learning and studying treatments and therapies helped me to understand and overcome my obstacles and led me to a better life-style. I can bring the same benefits to you.
