Therapies offered
Systematic Kinesiology is a holistic, complimentary and preventative therapy using muscle testing to find answers to problems in the body, whether structural, emotional, energetically or physical.
I apply gentle pressure to various muscles that are linked to the body's organs, and issues found, are treated by balancing the muscles, nutritional supplements, flower remedies, manipulation,acupressure and massage to name but a few techniques.

Reiki is used to treat many problems and is a good treatment for relaxation and stress. It is done by the laying on of hands on to the body.
I also run courses for all three levels of Reiki and am a member of the Reiki Federation.
Arterial Stiffness Testing is a simple test using a machine similar to a blood pressure machine. It measures how clogged the arteries are and gives a biological age. I provide a comprehensive report and guidance on how to clear the arteries through natural methods.
