Hypnosis isn't new, it has been around for thousands of years - there are records of the Egyptians using it in their sleep temples over 4,000 years ago!
Hypnotherapy uses hypnosis to effect change.

We specialise in:
- Weight Management
A tried, and very well tested, 5 week programme giving long term results. You've no need to ever follow a diet again!
- you will be given an information booklet after each session: by absorbing this information, you are able to make informed decisions about your eating habits, types of food eaten and activity levels; you'll find that change happens much more easily than before.
- each session will target different areas of dysfunction: portion control, continual snacking, emotional binging, lack of routine, dehydration etc. You will have the tools to be in control of your eating habits for every eventuality in your future.
- you will be given four CDs over the length of the programme for use at home. These will subconsciously reinforce the information you are given both in the booklets and at the sessions.
- Chronic Pain Management
With the approval of your GP or Consultant, we will teach you techniques which may help to turn down the 'volume of pain' you are experiencing.
To help provide you with some relief, which would allow you to function for a period of time in other areas of your life that are currently dormant.
Initially over 5 sessions - we learn together how you experience pain, your pain triggers and time limits, your lifestyle, your routine, your dreams.
Together, we'll create plans which may help you to obtain some quality time; thinking and communicating space.
NB. Hypnotherapy does not offer a cure for your condition, but it can offer a temporary, but regular, analgesia.
Studies have found success in the following areas:
arthritis, headaches, migraines, cancer - its discomfort and pain resulting from treatment, chronic back pain.
- Stress and Anxiety management
A 5 week programme to uncover how you interpret events, situations, people and environments. With this information we teach you coping techniques and aim to modify your responses, beliefs and behaviours for the better.
Information booklets and CDs will be issued throughout the programme to aid your education and to help implement change.
- Sleep Disorder
A 3 week programme to retrain your body and mind to accept a regular, deep, long period of night time sleep.
If you have been suffering from erratic sleeping patterns for many years - it will take a little time to retrain your body to remove this bad habit it has picked up. But rest assured, even after the first week of hypnotherapy, you will begin to notice a difference.
- After each session you will take away an information and instruction booklet so that you are able to practise that week's tasks.
- You will be given two cds over the length of the programme which will aid your relaxation and encourage sleep.

2011 - time to change and begin living the life you really want !
Typically consisting of four sessions.
The first session lasts approximately two hours - it is used to get to know one another and find out what you would really like to accomplish.
As always, the process begins with information gathering.
You define your goal; then describe the reality of where you are now; what options we can uncover to help you achieve your goal; estimate how strong your will is to get you there and if necessary - to strengthen it.
Follow-on sessions are an hour's duration.
The session plan works best if they are spaced a week to 10 days apart.
You will receive email support and telephone mentoring during this period.
The aim is to focus your attention and energy on this project for a concentrated period of time; in order to get speedy results!
- Together we discuss ideas for change and improvement that will be acceptable and appealing to you.
- Then we begin to put those ideas into practise.
