I am based in Lymington and have been a qualified nurse for 30 years and also practicing homeopathy for 20 years.
My varied nursing experience includes medical, surgical, emergency, children and oncology and has been a great benefit to my homeopathic practice. I have a knowledge and understanding of many health issues that enables me to work effectively with homeopathic remedies. Whether you need support whilst having medical treatment, would like to boost your immune system or have problems that you wish address that you have been unable to solve uptil now I am interested in hearing from you.
Having raised a family of four children on homeopathy I am keen to help families manage the health issues that are faced such as coughs and colds, ear infections, conjunctivitis, nappy rash, eczema, head lice, worms, molluscum and many more including sleep problems and behavioural issues.My love and fascination of children reflects in the ease with which I can relate to children during a consultation.
I have attended births as homeopathic support and helped many women post-natally.
I use a combination of homeopathic remedies, nutritional advice and personal coaching to help clients, of any age, improve their health and get more out of life!

Why choose homeopathy?
Homeopathy treats you as an individual. Because the remedies are made from natural substances, are non-toxic and do not have side effects, you can take them even if you are sensitive to substances, have allergies or are taking medication from your GP.
A homeopathic consultation is about you. Not only is it about your presenting problem but also about you and how you are feeling in general.
How do I take the remedies?
The remedies come in the form of small pills or powders that dissolve in the mouth or liquid drops. Your prescription is personal to you and can vary from taking a remedy every day for several weeks or being given 3 pills to take over a period of 24 hours.
The fact that the pills are dissolved in the mouth is a great help if you have difficulty with swallowing medication.
Consultation
Each consultation lasts for an hour and costs £70 for adults and £55 for children and teenagers in full-time education.
This includes all homeopathic prescriptions and any relevant health advice.

Why not have a health assessment?
I also use Bio-resonance testing with a SCIO system costing £120 for adults and £90 for children. This test is non-invasive and is a health assessment which can detect allergies, toxins and nutritional deficiencies and also, and more importantly, the reasons for these. With homeopathic treatment and some nutritional advice it is possible to increase your level of health even more!
